Xiaomi revived the Mi Air 2 Pro in October, but now the TWS earphones are the successor. The company posted a teaser on the Weibo profile, revealing a new case with the new Xiaomi logo on the hinges. This image also shows when the launch will take place this Thursday, May 13th. Meanwhile, Leak Star posted an image of the alleged actual sprout with a rubber tip.
Xiaomi said the upcoming set will be the company’s flagship noise-canceling earphones, without making it clear if there is active noise-canceling. This has not yet been confirmed by the manufacturer. However, it is certain that tightly sealing the rubber tip will improve passive cancellation.
The case design is inspired by Xiaomi’s new round logo. All corners of the previous design have been polished to the point where there are no corners at all. We hope the case will maintain wireless charging and inherit 500mAh battery capacity from the Mi Air 2 Pro.
