Mahindra Bolero Neo N10(O) – What’s new?
Bolero Neo has four decoration levels-N4, N8, N10 and N10(O). The biggest and only differentiating factor of the top-spec N10(O) decoration is that it additionally obtains a mechanical locking rear differential, which Mahindra calls Multi-Terrain Technology (MTT).
According to customer feedback, Mahindra added a mechanical locking differential to the top-spec Bolero Neo N10(O). They had difficulty gaining traction on rough roads when one wheel was off the ground and spinning unhelpfully. In these situations, the mechanical locking differential helps by transferring power to the wheels on the ground (with grip), which helps improve driving performance on these difficult surfaces.
The equipment list on the N10(O) is otherwise the same as the N10 interior on which it is based. It has a 7-inch touch screen infotainment system with Bluetooth, LED DRL, 15-inch alloy wheels, steering-mounted audio control, cruise control, air conditioning with Eco mode, front armrests, height-adjustable driver’s seat, and electronically adjustable ORVM.
The N10(O) trim is 70,000 rupees more expensive than the N10 trim with only mechanical locking differential, but it also greatly improves the performance of the SUV.
