Tata Safari Gold 2021: What’s new?

Most notably, the Safari Gold version has undergone various appearance changes in appearance and interior. First, it has two color schemes to choose from-“Platinum”, which pairs a frosty white body color with a contrasting black roof, and “Black Gold”, which uses black as a base with a hint of gold, resulting in a very dark coffee brown. Both versions have subtle gold decorations on the grille, headlight surrounds, door handles, roof rails and badges. The 18-inch carbon black alloy wheels are similar to the wheels on the Safari Adventure Persona, making the appearance more perfect.

Internally, although both versions come with the oyster white color scheme of standard Safari, the gold version goes one step further. The’Safari White Gold’ dashboard has a unique white and gold marble finish, with gold inserts underneath, running across the width of the cabin. On the other hand, “Safari Black Gold” uses black and gold marble finishes on the dashboard, but the full-width lower insert here is bright black instead of gold. In addition, the two versions of the badge, AC vents, instrument panel surrounds and door handles also have gold decorations.

Tata Motors also used this opportunity to add some new features to Safari, beyond the features available in the current top-spec XZA+ variant. These new features include diamond quilted leather seats, first and second row ventilation, wireless charger, air purifier, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connection.The last three functions will also be Safari Adventure Edition.

Tata will also host the “Safari Gold Hit Challenge” in IPL in 2021. Every time a batter hits 6 points and the ball falls on a car or display stand or Safari Gold commercial board, the car manufacturer will contribute a sum to Akshaya. Patra Foundation donated 200,000 rupees for COVID-19 relief.

Tata Safari Gold 2021: Engine

Powering the new Safari Gold version is the same 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine as the standard Safari, which produces 170hp and 350Nm of power. The engine offers 6-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission options.
