Tata Motors will add three new models to its Dark Edition product line in India.We reported a few days ago Nexon EV Dark Edition Under development, now the dealer tells us that Altroz and Nexon will also get the dark version soon. Price announcements for Altroz, Nexon and Nexon EV Dark Edition are expected to be released sometime in July 2021.

Tata Altroz, Nexon Dark Edition: What to expect
Just like the Harrier Dark Edition that works wonders for SUVs, Altroz and Nexon are expected to follow a similar black theme, as seen in these images that surfaced on the Internet, the exterior and interior are completely blackened. Some dealers have begun to accept cars. , We were told that the badges on the side fenders of the black version of the car and the additional dark version logo were blacked out, similar to the one seen on the Harrier Dark version.
There are no expected mechanical changes, which means that the engine and gearbox options for these cars will remain unchanged. Therefore, Nexon and Altroz Dark Edition will be equipped with standard 1.2-liter gasoline and 1.5-liter diesel engines. It remains to be seen whether Altroz Turbo will get the Dark Edition derivative products.
Nexon EV Dark Edition is not expected to undergo any mechanical changes, and will continue to use the standard EV driving device. The standard electric SUV is powered by a 129-horsepower electric motor and a 30.2-kilowatt-hour battery pack, and can travel 312 kilometers on a single charge.
Tata Altroz, Nexon Dark versions: Expected pricing
There is no news about pricing at this time, and we have been told that a price announcement may be made in the next few weeks. Just like the price difference between Harrier Dark and standard Harrier, we can expect the price of Nexon, Nexon EV and Altroz Dark Edition to be about 15,000-30,000 rupees higher than the standard version.
