The release of OnePlus 10 Pro is just around the corner, and it seems that this phone is already undergoing benchmark testing. A phone of this brand with model number NE2210 was found on Geekbench, and the prompter claimed that it was indeed a Pro variant.
The device will be equipped with 12 GB of RAM, Android 12 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset-these specifications are not surprising.
What surprised us was the actual score of this OnePlus phone-976 points for single-core and 3,469 points for multi-core. These results are far less than the 1,100+ and 3,600+ we got for the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro in March.
The most reasonable reason for the mediocre score is that OnePlus has not optimized the 10 Pro to Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, or at least the device used for benchmarking has not been fully developed. This may also be intentional by OnePlus-after all, we know that the company tends to make its phones perform poorly for battery life.
