Earlier this week, modern Uncovered India i20 N Line, Debuted the N Performance Division of the brand in my country. Hyundai Motor has now revealed that the price of the i20 N Line will be announced on September 2, 2021.

Hyundai i20 N Line: What’s new?
i20 N Line is a sports version Regular i20, The upgrade is mainly decorative. In appearance, the front and rear bumpers of the i20 N Line are more sporty, with a new grille inspired by the “checkered flag” design, additional front and side skirts, new wheel designs, double-pointed exhaust pipes and There are a few red accents blacked out around it. N Line also has new color options.
Inside, the i20 N Line is equipped with a new artificial leather seat with a checkered flag design, a customized N steering wheel, an N brand shift lever and sports metal pedals. There are also several red accents and red ambient lighting inside. Hyundai also added a new voice command function and provided 16 free OTA map updates. Except for these changes, the device list is the same as the top configuration of the regular i20.
Under the hood, the i20 N Line will only provide 120 horsepower, 172 Nm, 1.0 liter, three-cylinder turbo gasoline engine. Transmission options include a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT transmission, the latter now equipped with paddle shifters. Although the engine configuration and tuning are the same as the standard car, Hyundai has strengthened the suspension and re-adjusted the steering to achieve better handling and more stable driving at higher speeds. Importantly, the car is also equipped with four disc brakes, while only the front disc brakes on the regular i20.
Hyundai i20 N Line: Expected prices and competitors
With the launch of i20 N Line on September 2, it will become the new top model in the i20 series. Currently, the highest price of the Asta(O) turbo-DCT variant is 1.14 million rupees (ex-showroom, Delhi). The cost of N Line is expected to increase by 1-15 lakh rupees. In terms of its price, Hyundai i20 N Line will not have any direct competitors in India.
