Amazon has renewed its affordable Fire tablet series, with more prominent updates this year. The top-end HD 10 Plus and Fire HD 10 come with a brighter 10.1-inch FHD + display with a slimmer bezel and an optional Bluetooth keyboard cover.
The regular Fire HD 10 has 3GB of RAM, and the Plus has 4GB. The storage range is 32GB to 64GB, and both have microSD expansion available. Amazon hasn’t revealed the exact chipset for the new model but claims it’s an 8-core CPU clocked at 2.0 GHz. This is the same explanation that was obtained with previous generation tablets. Plus models also offer wireless charging and a soft touch finish on the back.
